In Wyoming, food for domestic home consumption is exempt from sales tax. However, prepared food and food sold through vending machines are taxable. Prescription drugs, insulin with a prescription, durable medical equipment/oxygen delivery equipment/kidney dialysis equipment/mobility-enhancing equipment/prosthetic devices/enteral feeding systems with a prescription are exempt from sales tax.
